Injera
Wednesday, 8th September 2010Injera is a soft, spongy flatbread that is a staple food in Ethiopian cuisine. It has a slightly sour taste to it and is made from a grain called t’ef that resembles rye. As Ethiopian food is typically eaten with one’s (very clean) hands, it is used to scoop up various stews and is usually served cold.
